Aside from being a blood washed born again believer, Alan's greatest accomplishment is that he is blessed to be married to his main squeeze, his best friend and his ride or die partner,  Lisa since 1992 and have two God-fearing, beautiful, educated daughters (Morgan & Keturah). Alan loves outreach ministry and ministering to least, last and the lost, but when not doing that, he loves to spend time at home in front of the greatest invention in the world: Television (watching old sitcoms and any sports event possible)!

Mike's been preaching the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ since 2002 and was ordained in 2008. He has been married to his sweetheart Monica since 2015 and they are blessed to have a total of 6 children, 12 grandchildren and 1 great grand child. Mike is instrumental in serving as an armor bearer for Pastor Postell, serving on our Outreach Ministry and helping to  lead our Men's Ministry .

Larry or as he is so affectionately called "Reverend Haze" or "Uncle Hollywood" has been preaching the gospel  since 1967 at the tender age of 12 and was ordained at the age of 15.  Rev Haze enjoys life to the fullest and the Lord has blessed him with two beautiful daughters and four grandkids.  He has served in many ministries over the years and was actually part of Pastor Postell's staff in his first pastorate at First Baptist Church of Elkridge. Reverend Haze is actively involved with our outreach ministry, especially our initiative to feed the homeless at 121 Front Street.  In addition Rev Haze is a Cancer Survivor and uses that experience to be an 'encourager' to others going through the struggle. 

Norman has been preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ since January 2012  and was ordained in October 2017. Norman served as the Pastor of Evangelism at Manna Bible Church for 4 years prior to joining Greater Destiny. He is married to the 'apple of his eye' Priscilla and they have been blessed with 2 children and 2 grandchildren. Norman  is  a Co-Leader of the Pastoral Executive Vision Team helping to set policies  and directions for church and he is also the leader of the Evangelism/Outreach Ministries s for Greater Destiny.  Norman has a servants heart and whether it is driving the church bus or providing a security detail, he is all in!

Gillian, who is affectionately known as Min Gill, has been preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ since 2014 and has been on fire every since. He was ordained into the ministry in October 2017.  He was instrumental in the growth of Bibleway Baptist where he served faithfully for over 10  years and led the Men's Ministry. He is married to the love of his life,  Veronica and they have been blessed with three daughters and two grandsons. While Minister Gill could earn a living as a stand-up comic,  he is totally serious about living a life that is pleasing to the Lord.   Min Gill is a Man of faith and a Prayer Warrior and can often be found at a hospital or a home ministering to the sick. He and his wife also have been  key leaders of our Couples Ministry.
