Baby dedication request form

We encourage Child/Baby dedications as this is a great opportunity to bring the child before the Lord, and pray a prayer of blessing & protection over the life of the baby. We can dedicate your baby/child to the Lord no matter how old they are, although ideally you want to dedicate the child at the youngest age possible. Just let us know when and whom you'd like to dedicate to the Lord and we will do it during a Sunday Worship Service, typically after a time of Praise and Worship.
